We offer a variety of classes to suit different fitness levels and interests, including strength training, cardio workouts, balance and flexibility sessions, and, very soon, yoga, self-defence, and even creative classes such as art. Our library of pre-recorded workouts allows members to exercise at their own pace, and our live classes provide real-time interaction with instructors.

Most of our workouts are designed to be done with minimal equipment, making it easy to get started. For some classes, simple home exercise equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, or a yoga mat may be recommended to enhance your workout.
