    Momentum Cardio

    10:00 - 10:40 AM
    Tai Chi with Andy Yau

    Two 30-minute cardio workouts followed by a quicker but effective 15-minute session at a later start time. Finishing with Tai chi at 10 am!

    Strength Tuesdays

    9:00 AM - 9:10 AM
    Free Workout
    10 exercises in 10 minutes

    9:15 AM - 9:30 AM
    Turn up The Strength
    DB workout with seated options.

    Strength & Yoga

    Easy(ish) Strength

    Yoga with Virginia

    Dumbbell workouts, more of a mobility and variation focus at 8am followed by a more challenging strength workout at 8.30am. Virginia completes the morning with inclusive Yoga

    1:15 - 1:45 PM

    Healthy Habits Club

    A 15-minute stretch class, part body weight, part bands. Followed by the ‘Healthy Habits Club’ weekly call. Dietician Ian Thomas joins us on the last Thursday of every month.

    9:00 - 9:10 AM
    Free Workout
    10 exercises in 10 minutes using light dumbbells.

    9:15 - 9:30 AM
    Finish Strong
    (seated options for both)

    10:30 - 11.10 AM
    Dancercise with Anna

Live Workouts Tailored for You

At Jim’s Gym, our live workouts are designed to help you stay active, feel great, and have fun! With a full schedule of over 75 minutes per week, you’ll quickly meet the NHS Physical Activity Guidelines, which recommend at least 75 minutes of physical activity each week.

Why is this important? Regular physical activity can:

  • Boost your energy levels and improve your mood

  • The fitter we are, the better we will handle anything life throws at us.

  • Support your overall health and mobility
    By joining our classes, you’re not just staying fit but investing in your long-term wellbeing.

Our workouts are for everyone, no matter your ability.

Each session is:

  • Fun and inclusive: The focus is on enjoying movement, not perfection.

  • Guided and supportive: I’ll guide you through each exercise, offering seated and standing variations.

  • No pressure, no stress: Come as you are, adjust as needed, and have fun while staying active.
